He’s very knowledgeable about his brand. He’s an enthusiast. Super clean process, no crazy games and one of the best parts? NO getting stuffed into a finance room! I recently bought a used car from Auburn VW. I Kevin Bender was fantastic to work with and made the process super smooth. I’ve bought my fair share of cars and this may have been the easiest. I was able to provide my info over the phone and when I arrived the paperwork was ready to go. It took no more than 30 minutes from when I arrived to wrap things up and be out the door. I appreciate that Kevin was able to handle the whole process from start to finish. No need to go deal with a separate person for financing and a sales pitch on extended warranties. No games! Our experience with Auburn VW was nothing short of amazing. The team we worked with, Dwight, Austin and Brian, went above and beyond to make the entire experience, from the first email to driving the car off the lot, as easy as it could have possibly been. They actually managed to make buying a car an enjoyable experience! They went out of their way to help us surprise our recent graduate, making it extra special for her, including balloons and a huge car bow! Their genuine care and enthusiasm for the situation was obvious and SO appreciated. I’d give them 10 stars! I will absolutely be back next time we are in the market for a vehicle!

Great experience when purchasing our car here. Michael was a incredible person to work with when purchasing our Atlas. He was fun, knowledgeable, and honest when trying to show us different vehicles that we may like. Their inventory was large and the prices were extremely competitive.
