I have been going to Dr. Leonard since I can remember and have never had complaints. They are caring and truly concerned with your mouth and will do what it takes to save your teeth. Due to insurance purpose I had to change dentists and the one I just went too told me all lies, I needed a second opinion right away and Dr. Leonard was who I trusted. I found out that 4 cavities I was told I needed done, plus possible root canal were nothing. My teeth are fine. THANK YOU Dr. Leonard and staff for your help. This place is clean, and beyond helpful. Ted and his staff are exceptional. Myra and I have been going to him for over 35 years. For the last 15 we travel from Central Washington to have all our work done. A professional and friendly office to say the least.
I cannot recommend Dr Leonard and his staff more highly! They know their stuff and are SO friendly to boot! I have been going there for years. I drive all the way from Puyallup since I moved from Auburn several years ago. Dr Leonard takes the time to make you feel comfortable,listens to your concerns and gives you options for your particular issue. He really cares about his patients and does meticulous work! The office manager Lori helps with treatment and financial plans that work for me! She is friendly and very professional as are the other women that work for Dr Leonard. I would not consider going anywhere else!
Dr. Leonard is a great dentist. He is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about his patients. He is responsive to my concerns and needs. His office staff is warm and friendly and helpful. When I had a dental emergency, he has come in during his off hours to help me. He's genuinely concerned about my oral health and dental needs.
I had extensive work done by Dr. Leonard and his excellent staff - all perfectly executed and, in fact, some taking a lot more of his time than he figured on (fixed fee, so there was no pay to him for this kind of perfection that I insisted upon). Leonard's 'chairside' manner is the best you can ask for - he listens to your concerns and does not quit until you are 100% satisfied. Great office, great staff - could not recommend this group any stronger~!
