Quality Sewing & Vacuum

Love this store! Came in to buy a sewing machine and Shelly spent several hours over 2 days showing me the ins and outs of each machine. So patient and no pressure. Her love for sewing/embroidery was truly contagious! Bought a refurbished machine, signed up for several classes and am looking forward to beginning my sewing/craft journey. BTW, I had been a loyal customer of this store for years, bringing my vacuum cleaners in for service/repair.

Needed a hard to find piece for my sewing machine and was able to get it quickly. Service was friendly and helpful and spent a lot of time discussing my needs. I’m very very satisfied and would highly recommend going to Quality Sewing and Vacuum.

The folks at Quality Sewing and Vacuum are always so helpful - special shout out to Nancy for help with some fabric needs. They are so knowledgeable and the new store is awesome. I really do love that they are carrying lovely good quality quilting fabrics now. Thanks all!

Went with my wife looking for a xmas gift for her. Place was a little busy. Were immediately greeted by Do. My wife is a beginner and Do sat us down in front of a machine to go over basic functions and some bells & whistles. When Kathy became available, she stopped by to see how we were doing and showed us other machines and functions.
We loved the way Do stayed attentive, making sure we had what we needed as my wife played with different machines. We narrowed it down to 3 options and Kathy went to write up info on the 3, so we could think it over when we went home.
My wife played so much with the machine that there was not much to think. We chose a machine and as Do processed our purchase, Kathy showed my wife initial setup and threading.
In less than a week, my wife really hit the ground running. Has completed 3 different projects and is very happy with her machine.

Loved the way Do and Kathy worked together to help us. Did not feel pressured. Loved their patience with our questions and requests.
