    We have too many good things to say about Paul. He is a trustworthy, diligent, efficient, conscientious, professional real estate agent and excellent communicator. But most of all, he is a caring and thoughtful person who prioritized making our whole home selling process as stress-free as possible, especially as we had to do most of our communication 90% online and over the phone, due to COVID and moving two states away. Paul was helpful and knowledgeable about every part of the process, providing reliable advice and recommendations to us, while referring the best people to come alongside us, as we prepared our home to sell. Many others have commented to us how smooth our process seemed to have been and how relaxed and stress-free we are, and it’s true.     As first time home buyers, we can't recommend Paul enough when buying a home. He provided consistent and thorough communication throughout the process. With Seattle being as competitive as it is for home buyers, it's important to have a veteran agent that knows what they're doing.     We had our house on the market for three months with a different agent with no success. Once our contract was up, we contacted Paul Kim because he came so highly recommended by friends and family. It was the BEST decision we ever made! He had the house staged, photographed and listed in 24 hrs! He scheduled an open house the next day and that was followed by an offer!

    Paul is an extremely knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated realtor! He worked aggressively to sell our property. His positive attitude is only surpassed by his outstanding communication skills. He kept us updated on every aspect of the listing, offers and negotiations via email, text and phone. He made himself available to us 24/7! He was always frank with us and we put our total trust in him.

    I highly recommend any buyer or seller to contact him! You will not find anyone who will work harder for you.

    Paul, you were very wonderful to work with. Buying our first home, Kenneth and I weren't sure how to navigate the home buying process and were skeptical to even look. There is so much time, effort, and money involved in this decision that it can be hard to know where to start or who to trust. Trust was an invaluable asset we found in you. You helped navigate through our questions and made us feel confident in the decisions we made. You explained the steps and the process clearly so we always knew what to expect next. You gave 110% into our offers; there was never a question in our mind of "could we have done better?" in any scenario because you put our best foot forward and gave us your best. The home we ended up purchasing only happened because of you. We were able to trust you so that when you said "go for it" we did without question and couldn't be any happier with the outcome.
