The care I received was top notch. I took a fairly significant fall at a local business. I ended up with a head injury, a sprained knee, 2 sprained wrists, and road rash. Dr. Bishop was my attending physician. She is thorough, attentive, and has a great bedside manner.
Lazarus was the tech that gave me a CT scan and took all my x-rays. Lazarus was also professional and thorough.
I would not hesitate to go to HCA New Tampa ER if the need arises.

For now all I can say is you will be in and out within a couple of hours. Faster than urgent care. I haven't received any bills yet thus will not be able to comment on the billing situation which everyone is complaining about. The doctor was very friendly!

I visited the facility today and I cannot not express enough about the AMAZING CARE I received! I was a little leary about this place after reading some negative reviews however, there is no way possible these people who wrote negative reviews had the same care professionals I did. I was experiencing chest pain and once I walked into the building and spoke of my symptoms I was IMMEDIATELY taking back to the patient waiting area, hooked up to monitors, given an EKG and had my blood drawn within minutes. Not only that, I saw a physician right away who explained every test they would be running. The entire staff was very professional, kind, accommodating and attentive. The doctor had such a pleasant bed side manner. I felt like I was getting the best care for my condition. The good thing is I was fine, and the care I received was outstanding! If I could give them more than five stars I would. Thank you New Tampa HCA Emergency!I highly recommend this care facility!
