He focuses on specific needs rather than going through a set routine. The soft tissue work, stretching, and feedback he provided helped me preform and recover at big races. Delaney is very knowledgeable about sports injuries, and he did a very thorough and targeted intervention on one area that has already allowed me to start stretching that area again. I can't wait until my next session.
