(September 27, 2013, 1:25 am)I live here. Almost everyone I've met has been incredibly nice. Very kind neighbors that welcome you with food and drinks- several different people. Others stop to say hi and offer help when you need it. The kids here are no trouble: bring you crafts and offer to walk your dogs. Beats my $1600/ month West Seattle apartment neighbors by far. The only thing it lacks is laundry facilities. The playground is way above average though- I don't even have children and that sticks out!
