Drive thru dropping off things was awesome. Great customer service to the young man who helpd me out today. (Sunday) i should of got his name...I was first in line today. But one thing im not sure is going to wrk out is the switching up the drop off lane.. 🤔 going in thru the couple of businesses there , thru paking. Mayb sunday ok but during the week.??? Hum. Not sure if that will work..!

Briana is always exceptional in helping each and every customer with extreme professionalism, kindness & dedication. She is a prime example of what every manager should strive to be like. And she treats everyone the same, has integrity and follows the rules that she was trained to abide by with every customer, no matter what. Katarina is also an extremely hardworking individual who always has something kind to say and goes over and beyond to help all customers with their large items/furniture. She is genuine and very much customer service oriented. Katarina always has a smile on her face and never hesitates for a moment to help a customer. These two employees are rare gems and they are the reason why I continue to shop at this specific GW. Thank you!!!
