  Replaced old roofing with new top quality asphalt shingles selected by K-Single. Excellent workmanship done by caring employees who worked long hours each day to complete the job. Made a bit of a mess where old shingles were dumped from roof but issue was quickly resolved. We were impressed with their responsiveness to timely after hours response. Great work ethic by all. Even had them back for additional small project.

  We were extremely pleased from start to finish with the painting project from KSingle Corp. Everyone was extremely professional and most importantly the work by painter Fabian and his crew was exceptional. We were dealing with challenging changing weather conditions but he was extremely accommodating and knew exactly how to evaluate the situation. He and his crew were superb, hard workers. We would highly recommend KSingle for any projects based on our experience with them.

  I contacted K Single after we experienced dampness in our ceiling during the epic January 2022 rains in Seattle. K Single sent someone out quickly to investigate. He ultimately determined the roof was not punctured so no work was required (we discovered the cause was from our bathroom fan vent). He was super honest and clearly very skilled. Whenever we have a roofing issue I'll definitely go back to these guys first.

  K Single was recommended to me by roof company (new roofs only) since I originally thought my job was a roof repair (leak). The original roof company wouldn’t follow up with me. K single did a better diagnosis and not only repaired internal water damage but repaired multiple siding areas that contributed to the leak. I am very happy with their work, painting quality, professionalism and responsiveness. They have competitive prices too and felt they were honest and played no games. I would hands down use them again.
