(February 12, 2019, 3:33 pm)Karen is the queen of blood draws. Never had so little pain for the procedure in my life. Her precision and speed is top tier. She's an expert in her field and they're lucky to have her at this facility. Normally the drive down here would keep me away, but having a competent MA behind the needle will keep me coming back. She is VERY busy down here, and sometimes hard to contact, just keep trying. If you require phlebotomy due to a condition, Karen is worth the drive.
