I visited this place primarily for it's cupcakes. I'm from Seattle and was throwing a doggie birthday party and was looking for cupcakes in the Burien area. I was pleasantly delighted with the daily flavors that were offered and their taste. The cupcake that I tried was the chocolate dream and cookies and cream. The cupcake itself had more of a cakey texture to it...it was soft and fluffy, which I liked. The frosting was perfectly sweet to accompany the light cakey not too sweet cupcake. I would definitely recommend this place. The owners had also just pulled a fresh batch out of the oven, which made place smell heavenly!
Oh my goodness is what Balloons &Cupcakes are all about GOODNESS!!! Great atmosphere, seating, clean, imaginative cupcake flavors, awesome grilled cheese sandwiches and delish coffee. The owners are genuinely amazing heart of gold peeps. They did an outstanding job of delivering 100 balloons and 100 cupcakes to my moms memorial party. Also on a past Valentine day, I answered the door to a great six pack of cupcakes and adorable balloon that my husband ordered for delivery! Bottom line you have to try, and definitely go into shop because you will be blown away! thanks Balloons & Cupcakes!
