I have been a customer to State Farm for 44 years here in Federal Way WA. Although I did not have any claims to report during that time, we had a recent case that my son's van was vandalized. I called the Claims Dept, and spoke with Several agents, Scott, Deb and many others. They made my claim so easy. Everyone was very responsive and treated me with respect. I have been with State Farm - Julia Johnson for over 10 years now, since 2009 I believe? Everyone has always been immensely helpful with all of my needs.

I have added insurance, reduced insurance, then re added it, with home, rental, auto and life all to meet my needs. It’s one of my favorite things about them here, while they do offer an immense amount of products, they recommend ones that would best fit me, and the family. Then as life changes and my coverage needs change, they are happy to accommodate without hesitation.

While there are a lot of insurance companies out there, and it’s possible some might be cheaper, but one thing I’m sure of State Farm Julia Johnson is worth it over ALL the others. I will be sticking with them for many years to come.

We (my wife and I) met (virtually) with Julia less than a week ago after being referred to her with a financial/retirement concern. My wife is receiving her full pension from a former employer, a modest amount, and we wanted to invest half of it into an IRA account, and use the other half to pay off some debt.
Because Julia took the time to get to know us, and ask us questions about our financial situation, she was able to offer us with a much better alternative - literally life-changing - that took into account our long-term goals and retirement.
So instead of enabling us to make a less-than wise decision regarding my wife's pension, we were able to refinance our mortgage at nearly a full point off our current rate, pay off the majority (90%) of our debt AND roll over the entire amount of her pension into an IRA, saving us thousands of dollars just for that transaction alone. The refinance and payoff of debt will free up a substantial amount of our income for savings and adding more to both of our retirement accounts.
In addition to all of this, Julia also took the time to review my 401K account and recommend some changes to my investment strategy to match my planned retirement date, and also reviewed our Social Security accounts to help us better understand how to maximize that benefit.
To use an analogy, this was like going to the grocery store to pick up a loaf of bread, and coming out with a full cart of delicious, nutritious food (and some goodies, too!).
Amazing how much more optimistic my wife and I are feeling today compared to less than a week ago.
Getting your financial house in order is vital, no matter your age, but it's a lot of work. Having Julia being involved certainly made this a lot easier, and provided for a much better outcome that we could have imagined!
