Our son (2 yrs) has been attending Building Memories Early Learning Center for just about a year now. The social skills and even manners he’s learned are astounding. My husband and I are are always pleasantly surprised by the things that our son has learned and it’s definitely because of Kim and the teachers at BMELC. They are very accommodating. We are enrolled 4 days a week but on multiple occasions have needed that extra day. Kim has always accommodated us, even sometimes at the very last minute (or morning of!).

I appreciate Kim and all of the teachers. They are all professional, friendly and love working with the kids. I have no concerns about dropping my child off there as I know he is safe and well cared for. I would definitely recommend BMELC to anyone needing childcare!

Our time at Building Memories has exceeded our expectations. We started our daughter there about a year ago when she was 3.5. Up to that point she had only had in-home care and we were certainly nervous about how she would adjust. But from the minute we walked in for a tour, we could tell it was the right place for our family. Our child has absolutely thrived. Kim and her team are amazing, finding the right balance between learning and fun.

Every Sunday night we talk about the week ahead. "Tomorrow is Monday!" And she pipes in excitedly "Daycare day!"

What more could parents ask for than a safe, inclusive environment where their child is well-cared for, excited to attend, and learning academic, social and emotional skills?

We are beyond thrilled with our experience and highly recommend BMELC to any family in the area.

My two sons love attending BMELC. They come home happy, healthy and clean. The boys adore all teachers and of course “Grandma Kim”. They are patient and knowledgeable. Clear communication with any questions or concerns I may have. They work with me to help expand my kids minds and knowledge. I truly appreciate this daycare and beyond grateful for each wonderful lady that works there.

Our children have attended for 4 years/ 2 years now and we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They are family and they treat all the families as if they are as well. Kim is an amazing woman as are all the lovely women who work there! They are caring and welcoming and have great communication. Only have praise for Building Memories!

We have two kids here and have been here for over a year and a half. Our oldest has celiac disease. They have been so careful and accommodating to our particular needs. She has thrived here, making friends and enthusiastically learning new skills. The staff provides fun, age-appropriate activities and finds unique ways to teach the kids all the state "benchmarks." Our oldest recently 'graduated' here. She is beyond ready for Kinder, thanks to the excellent teachers here. I would say that we will miss them terribly, but our youngest is staying on as his big sister moves on. We are so happy!

Things that I appreciate here are the communication between parents and staff. I always know what is happening. They ALWAYS ask questions about my daughter's dietary and lifestyle needs instead of just assuming. When they need to close, they always give advance notice. Like the one week of the year the family (that owns and runs the facility) takes a vacation. Even in inclement weather, they are great about notifying parents. They have been open on many days when I would have understood them closing.

Hours and pricing are completely reasonable. The staff has even patiently waited for me on more than one occasion when I was stuck in traffic.

We have had every type of childcare experience: other facilities, a nanny, and in-home care. This is by far my favorite experience and my kids!
