We worked with Doug to build a wine cellar while building a new home. The wine cellar was in the design, but it became apparent our contractor did not know how to build a wine cellar and hadn't properly planned for it with the needed duct work. I needed to find someone who could solve the problems AND work well with our contractor who was none too thrilled to have an additional group to work with on our home. We interviewed several companies. It really wasn't much of a competition as the winner was clear. Doug came up with the best design and solution to how we would cool the wine cellar while keeping it quiet and attractive without duct work. I can't tell you how wonderfully responsive Doug and every person on his team was. It was particularly important his team be responsive as at the end we had some bumps getting the city inspector to sign off on our house. Doug's team was here immediately to work with the inspector and help us. Our contractor also liked him and they worked well together. In addition to all that our wine cellar is beautiful. We use it not just for drinking wine, but as a quiet place to read and relax. The price was very reasonable too.
