I don’t know what some of these people are complaining about, these apartments are fantastic! I’m in a single but have been in one of the doubles and I love the layout. Tons of light, lots of cooking space, patio. The amenities have been closed due to Covid, but even if they were open, I would have avoided them, you know because of the deadly pandemic going on.
Any time I have needed maintenance on my apartment it has been taken care of within 48 hours. There is close access to shopping and dining and the bus terminal is less than a mile away, accessible from the foot bridge path. Formula brewing just opened up down the walking path and has wood fired pizza and good beer, no driving needed. There lots of dogs and kids around, I feel safe at night. There have been a couple of cars broken into and a bike stolen, but as soon as management caught wind of this, police presence increased, they immediately notified all the tenants to take precautions, and I haven’t heard of any shenanigans since.
When my cat died I notified the office in order to take off the pet fee and a few days later a care package arrived at my apartment from the staff! Above and beyond what any other apartment management has ever done for me!
I do wish people would be better about picking up after their dogs. It’s not the office staff leaving dookie piles along the sidewalk. This is not a unique issue to this apartment complex though, every apartment I’ve ever lived in that has allowed dogs has had irresponsible dog owners.
Ive lived in a lot of different apartments all over the country and this is by far my favorite apartment ever!
I will be renewing my lease for the third time this spring.
The Anthology management team are great. They are so nice, timely and thoughtful. They respond to maintenance as quickly as they can and they follow up to make sure things are working well. The office team manage all these apartments with kindness, which goes a long way in the context of COVID. The grounds are so nice and it is great to be close to the hiking trails.
Brian, Maria, Paco, Scott, and the staff here at Anthology have made renting such a pleasant experience. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of their residents. I would recommend living here to anyone who appreciates being treated with respect and feeling like more than just a number. This is a safe and lovely community to live in.
The Anthology Team is amazing! From the front office to the maintenance staff, this is a top-notch group of professionals. A week ago, after returning from an extended out-of-state trip (due to an unexpected surgery), I realized the breaker to the refrigerator had not come back on after a power outage. The Anthology Team - Chanel and Scott - immediately handled this issue with the utmost compassion, concern and care. Scott was the dose of laughter I needed to lift my spirits. His professionalism and kindness made a bad situation so much better. I can't thank him enough for helping me get through this, especially considering my limitations due to surgery. The property management team was so kind. They bought me dinner that evening and followed up to make sure I was okay. I appreciate this crew so much! This is a great place to call home. I'd recommend it to anyone!
