Greg worked with me to achieve a favorable outcome through the EEOC process that was beyond my expectations. Greg Skidmore patiently guided me through this long and complicated process, and was able to both overturn the Federal Agency's initial dismissal of my case, and then achieve a settlement. He strategically planned for contingencies in case certain milestones in the process didn't result in favorable outcomes.
