I was concerned that they would come look and then I would have to wait again for the part to be ordered. Not the case. They called in advance to confirm the part and I sent a picture of what needed to be repaired. The tech showed up on time with the correct part and repaired the refrigerator. Well worth the wait. I was thrilled with the professional experience and my refrigerator is now fully functional again! Thank you.
