The staff here are amazing. They are all very welcoming and I felt that they were really trying to find out where my low back problems stemmed from vs just adjust and go like most chiropractic places I have been to. I would suggest them to anyone in the area looking for even preventative care for their back! Dr Coogan and Dr Austin and the rest of the crew are top notch!

Eastside Spine & Injury has been a great experience. I went to a generic Chiropractor prior where they didn't take x-rays and just did adjustments where Eastside found exactly where and why I was having issues and has set a program that will work for me more long term.The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is the kind that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I have been going for a month so far and have noticed a difference in my back pain and that I am able to do a bit more in my activities.

Dr. Coogan and his team are the friendliest people there are! My first appointment was very informative as they explained the process and then the second follow up to show me what options I can choose from went very fast smooth. I went in with a lot of pain in my neck, shoulder, and back area developed over the years from sitting in front of a computer all day. It’s been a month since I started my treatment and the pain has reduced tremendously and I’m able to sleep better throughout the night.

Donica and Jewels are always so friendly and accommodating. My schedule can be hectic at times so I frequently have to adjust my appointments but they’re always so flexible about it!

We ended up finding Eastside Spine & Injury shortly after a car accident. I'd never been in an accident before and my head was still spinning trying to process everything. My first interaction with Eastside Spine & Injury was a phone call and they managed to get me in the same day for a consultation. From that first phone call things only kept getting better. The initial consultation was quick and the staff at the clinic were amazing. Not only have they helped us with neck and back issues, but they've helped us in every way possible with managing our accident, including referrals to other professionals to help with legal issues and even a body shop to get my car taken care of. This office is filled with some of the friendliest, caring, and most professional staff you will ever come across. I've been seeing them 3 times a week since my accident and on some days it's the best part of my day. I know that I'm going to leave the office feeling better and having had a few nice conversations with people who I know I care about me. They take a very holistic approach to everything that they do, not only have they helped me to improve how I physically feel after my accident, but they've helped me to deal with a lot of the mental stress that came with the situation and I'm extremely thankful for everything that they do.
