Frank came over in Memorual Day to fix our burst garden hose bib that was leaking water to the carpet and crawl space. He was promot and responsive to texts. He is professional and very knowledgeable and explained everything because I was interested. His services were on the slightly pricier side but the good service made it feel worthwhile.

Frank and Noah response quick, come in same day and fix my water leak in few hours.

Frank and his assistant were great. Gave me a 30 min warning of his arrival. Repaired the leaky pipe. Gave me a warning of a potential problem at the shower spout and how to fix it easily.

Great guy and very knowledgeable. Definetly will call him in the future for any plumbing repairs!

Our drain line was completely clogged with pine needles. I called Rooter-Pal, and they were able to come out the next day. They were on time and did a great job. After the got the main clog cleared, they stuck around and made sure to flush it through even more just to catch everything. If I do a better job keeping the gutters clean I hopefully won't need his services anymore, but if I do, I'll be sure to use them again!

Frank and Alex were great! I have not had much experience with plumbers and needed a referral quickly. Rooter-Pal Plumbing came highly recommended by a friend. They were responsive, prices less than most, they are honest, fair and good. I will use Rooter-Pal Plumbing again in the future and recommend them to others.
