  Last year I used Big Sky Northwest for my start up dental practice. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome and am very happy to have worked with them. Their upbeat demeanor, very open communication, and professionalism made working with them a truly positive experience. Dustin was always very responsive with any question or concern that I had. He also had several ideas from the start to help me save money but also keep my vision and high standards. Ryan was also so great to work with. He kept the project on track even when challenges arose and has even been available to help me with random questions a year later. These guys are truly honest and good people and I am so happy to have worked with them.

  We just had our new dental office in Downtown Seattle built by Big Sky Northwest. They did an excellent job, Dustin and Ryan met with our team weekly to ensure our expectations were met. They understood all of the nuance of dentistry and provided expert knowledge to the design process as well. The space turned out amazing! We get lots of complements from our patients on how good it looks. I would recommend Big Sky Northwest to anyone looking to have an office space built or remodeled.

  Dustin, Chris and the team were great to work with. They worked around city delays and other obstacles to complete my physical therapy clinic on budget and on time. We made several last-minute adjustments to get the layout and design perfect. It came out exactly the way I imagined! If I ever go through this process again, Big Sky Northwest will be my first phone call.

  Big Sky Northwest delivered on constructing the dental practice I had always dreamed of. I cannot say enough about how well the process went. Dustin was diligent about creating the facility as I had envisioned it, and also worked hard to keep costs very reasonable. The product that was created for me was much more than I would have gotten with a local contractor. He had a record of staying well within buget on other projects, and he did the same for mine. My superintendent from Big Sky, Ryan, was amazing to work with. He always had a smile on his face, and handled challenges that arose with ease. Both him and the finish carpenter, Gavin are incredibly talented. The finish work they did for my practice is impeccable! I highly recommend this company to anyone. You will not find anyone better in the northwest!

  Building an office is a tough journey with endless surprises to tackle. The goal is to have the final product match the design. To get this done, you want Dustin and his crew on your team, whether it's a startup or face lift. Dustin was very accessible to talk prior, during and after the project.
