  Tyler Ware is by far the best realtor we've every had. My husband and I have been trying to find our forever home for over 3 years. We had a realtor but I felt like we wasn't available enough for us, so I was in search of a new one. We met Tyler through his wife on facebook. He gave us all his information and the lender that he works with and within 4 days my husband and I were approved for a home loan, then the search began. I sent him so many houses and he was very honest and would say no you don't want that home, then he would send me houses he thought I would like and of course I didn't because I'm super picky. Then this one house came up on redfin and I sent to Tyler and he said that the house would go over our budget easily but I asked him if we could please go and take a look at it. He sent up a viewing and the second I walked into the home I knew it needed to be ours as my family of 4 were living in an RV. We looked at it on a Saturday and had to wait to put in an offer on Monday and he had us right up a "love letter" as to why we wanted the house. Tyler handled my anxious self really well as that whole monday was the longest day in the world and by Monday night we where officially home owners and have been in our home for 4 months. So if you are looking for a realtor that will listen and be honest with you and answer your crazy questions at 10:30pm at night then go with Tyler because he is the best and he really cares about his clients.

  Kristin Bushnell is by far one of the most amazing people that I’ve ever had the opportunity to learn from as a coach, managing broker and friend. Her knowledge, experience and professionalism are very far from average. Kristin is one of the elites in the industry. It is so difficult to see her as just a managing broker because she is so much more than that. Her availability and willingness to coach me is what helps me be a successful agent. She has helped me achieve so much including receiving the “Rookie of the Year” award in my first year as an agent. Without her that wouldn’t have been possible. She is very organized and punctual and expects only the best from her agents because she supplies the tools we need to be the best. Supportive is a trait that ranks high on my list from my managing broker and Kristin always goes above and beyond in that field by not only supporting me but also coaching me to become a top agent. She is very invested in helping her agents develop as professionals in our industry. I could go on and on about how great she is as a mentor, coach, managing broker and as a human. Thank you so much Kristin for all that you do. You are appreciated beyond words.

  Kristin just helped me buy my second home. The "10 out of 10" review below was for an investment property I purchased 6 months ago. My second experience was amazing. I can't imagine buying a home in this market without Kristin. She showed she only cares about helping me find a perfect home. She steered me away from homes that were not the right fit, helping me keep my emotions in check. She showed my tons of home, always fitting my schedule. Excellent communication at all time. She has tons of relationships that helped me get my latest home. She knows how to win a home in this market like no one else. My wish list was a mile long but with her help I found the perfect home. I can’t say enough good things. Kristin helped me negotiate a great price on my property. She helped me negotiate concessions from the seller and a buyers credit!! On more than one occasion her advice SAVED ME MONEY, and resulted in a better outcome. When helping me complete the purchase Kristin was the consummate professional. She was extremely organized. She paid close attention to every detail and made me feel like I was her only client. Very responsive in email. When it comes to real estate she seemed to know everything about everything or she knew where to direct me. I frequently came to her for advice and she was always gracious with her time.   Kristin Bushnell is wonderful. She understands the business she is in and knows how to apply that knowledge to making sure her clients are well represented. Her anticipation of the steps that need to be taken, and her willingness to take the lead in getting those tasks completed makes her one of the most thorough brokers with whom I have ever dealt. Not only does she excel in these aspects of her profession, she is an incredibly nice human being. It was a genuine pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with her. She has my highest recommendation without any reservations.
