TOCA definitely gives you more than just the staggering 300-500 reps per session. I mean those are amazing and it looks super fun, but it also seems to give you an elevated level of personal work ethic. It gives you the understanding of what you need to do to improve your game, as well as the ability to improve upon your technique. You can easily take your game to the next level in a relatively short amount of time. It's amazing how fast these kids improve while working in there. TOCA's trainers are extremely knowledgeable about technical performance, they have a very welcoming community, and the kids are CLEARLY walking out of there with a competitive edge... just waiting for their next opportunity with the soccer ball. Such a unique experience that you can't really get anywhere else. I'd HIGHLY recommend this to players of all positions-- there's something to gain out of it for absolutely everyone.
I'm going to gift my nephew with a membership, because I know how much passion and determination he has for the game. This will be monumentally great for him, and I know his coaches will notice a difference!

Great instruction so far. Other close by TOCA has no female instructors, but Redmond facility is well staffed to accommodate those kids that prefer a female coach. Should not matter, but it makes a difference to my daughter.

Great fast paced training. Instructors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly with the athletes. A great program that helps with quick touches.

My son absolutely loves the sessions. Enjoys it more with a buddy, but loves all the touches he gets in a practice . I've seen him improve quite a bit since we started going. Lynnwood location is great.
