  We were first time home buyer’s with TONS of questions and we got so lucky that Dayton was our real estate agent! He went above and beyond with answering our many questions, having well thought out touring routes, and gave us so much knowledge when it came to things we should look for when looking at houses. We’re so thankful for Dayton as we were able to have such a seamless close on our first dream home! He explained the process well and made everything very easy to understand. Dayton was always available when we needed and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! HIGHLY recommend!

  Dayton and the entire Mackay team were a joy to list our house with, they laid out the plan/timeline and were very knowledgeable and straight forward of what to expect, and executed everything perfectly.

  My family and I had a great buying experience with Dayton Mackay of John L. Scott. He stayed in touch and made himself available to view whatever properties we were interested in. The property we ended up buying was one he found before us. He showed the property that day, suggested an offering price and we had the property under contract within twelve hours.   Dayton is not only very knowledgeable but really easy to get on with, which is vital for a working relationship. Dayton always represented our best interests, and was also very respectful, keeping a good working relationship with the buyer's broker which is important. He knew when to ignore my paranoid anxieties but still listened.
  
  Dayton's contract knowledge and attention to detail saved us a lot of worry and potentially money.
  
  Was really impressed that the pricing strategy was so spot on, going against what everyone else was doing at the time. Still delivered a record breaking price in a neighborhood that already had broken quite a few records regarding prices in the weeks beforehand, including the very day we put our house on the market.
  
  We are so thankful that we found Dayton and can't recommend him highly enough.
