Rick at Collaborative Fitness is a very well-educated and motivating trainer. I've been a client for several years now and am in much better shape than when I started. It is an intimate training venue and Rick keeps everything, even the front door, sanitized. He also offers online sessions. I would never go back to a big gym again. Definitely recommend!

These trainers are miracle workers!!! Rick was my trainer for about two years. Not only did I gain a friend, I got my health in order and built strength and endurance. Rick was a great guide in my health life and helped me get things in check. Would recommend to any one of any age!! 10/10!!!
If I could recommend Rick and Collaborative Fitness more than five stars I would! I have worked with many trainers and coaches in a variety of venues and Rick is among the most motivating, enthusiastic and knowledgeable people I have had the pleasure of working out with. Rick tailors individual workouts based on ability and goals and has the background and experience to effectively meet the needs of any client. As a person who is prone to injury, Rick has adapted my workouts around various injuries over the years and allowed me to safely continue working toward my physical goals. Spend an hour with Rick and judge for yourself- I promise you won't regret it!
This place is great. I have been working with Rick Martin for over two years now. He has helped me through some significant health issues by focusing on proper weight training techniques. He has really worked on my form which has not only helped solve some of my problems but has kept me injury free. He approaches each of his clients on a very individualized basis. I get the training where I need it the most. This has lead to enhanced results. I also like the healthy eating tips and recipes he shares. I have tried several of his healthy and organic recipes and found them to be very tasty. I definitely recommend him. His schedule is pretty busy but it is worth trying to get on it.
