Love love love this place! Healthy fare that leaves you feeling fresh and light for the day! Their menu changes seasonally.

Had their salmon with butternut squash/brussel sprouts, spiral veggie noodles, and their vegan lasagna this time! Not all in one belly of course 🤪

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. I ordered the avocado toast for breakfast and it was so yummy. I loved how the egg was not scrambled, which is a different take on this dish from my previous experience. I would have liked more brunch options, like pancakes. The ambience is pleasant and feels a bit like a garden (flower child). They have plenty of vegan dishes and also nonvegan, like white chicken breast, broccoli and brown rice, which is what another person in my party ordered. The service was friendly and the service team takes all your plates away.

This place was phenomenal! I'm not big on vegan/vegetarian food but I loved the flavors that were put into my meal! I got the Thai Dye and a side of sweet potatoes. It was such a wholesome meal I would love to try their meats next!

My husband and I had most delicious meal at this new restaurant. Service was awesome. Cater to people with food sensitivity. Can’t wait to try the rest of the food on the menu next time we visit.

Excellent employees super nice. Great place to go shower if your water is out.

Love the after school program at Bow Lake Elementary! Great program, great people, great price! My daughter has been going there for 2 years now, and school year or summer camp - they're awesome!
