  Jesse was AWESOME. Called and he was able to get my car done same day. Seriously consider going here for tires, brakes, and service. Can't say enough good things about these folks.

  Focus on the servjce they do not the customers assistant or concerns. Since they dont have actual receptionist to assist customer. But the rating is for the service of the vehicle.

  I was all dressed and ready to go hang with friends in the sunshine, started driving and my tire sensor came on. I could hear that there was a screw in my tire.. turned around and went to Firestone. I was really bummed about missing the event I was about to attend, but Jesse was amazing! He knew I wasn’t happy about missing it and said he would do what he could as fast as possible. It was busy Saturday afternoon. I walked home, and in 45 min he called and said it was done and he just wanted to make my day better! Amazing customer service! Thank you! You truly made my day!

  I cannot express how pleased I am with the customer service here! The receptionist, Jan, has gone above and beyond for me! I had my alternator replaced there less than a year ago and it went out while it was still under warranty. I had since moved across the country and she still helped me out by ordering me a new one! I am now waiting on my new alternator and the stress of this situation has really been lifted off my shoulders! The people working here really care for their customers and treat them with so much kindness! I do understand that parts sometimes stop working and sometimes you can't tell if the new one will give out or when it will stop working. I travel for a living and my car is my livelihood. I know I can trust the people that work here with the one thing I literally cannot live without! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!

  I only stopped by to pick up a copy of my birth certificate, but the entry hall ("lobby"seems an inadequate term) was spacious and airy. The vital records department only takes cash or check, so come prepared. My document request was processed quickly and with a smile.
