  First day of lockdown, also my first chance to cash my check. Security enforced distancing, only one teller behind plastic or glass, they had, admittedly a minimal but probably sufficient amount of PPE. It wasn't my idea to leave the house at all, but I needed the money for basic necessities. I respect what they did to make an effort to protect them and myself and other people who may need to physically enter a bank.

  This location has the best customer service.
  Anjelica and Chance are wonderful people and the rest of the counter staff is very nice as well. Continously very helpful, courteous and personable.
  They're also super nice to my doggo, he never leaves without a treat.
  It can get very busy here, considering the location but the staff always does there best to stay on top of things.
  Thank you for all your help and keep up the great service!

  Philip is a great teller and asset to this branch.
  
  I was a little put off by one of the managers apparently watching me in their customer parking spaces across the street on Bell. As I pulled in to park my phone rang, so I took the business call before going in. I was on the phone no longer than 2 minutes when there was tapping on my window. I turned to see him telling me I was going to get a ticket for parking there! I put my call on hold, explained myself and went inside to conduct business as i always do at this branch. He reiterated that i could get a parking ticket a second time. From someone who has never abused this spot and always tries to park on 5th, this was a bit annoying and certainly not the type of service i usually get from US Banks. Obviously there must be abuse of these few spots, but find a better way to deal with this.
  
  Man, I miss the old branch at 3rd & Battery. Parking, drive-up teller, cool music playing in banking hall....
