Great experience all around. I’ve recommended this service to several people I know, and if we move again, I’d use HiveBoxx in a heartbeat. Customer service is super responsive and helpful, and communication is great. This is a very well run business and I hope they continue to succeed.

This is the second time we’ve used reusable moving boxes and I’d never go back to cardboard if I could avoid it. My only complaint is that the boxes are a little heavy to begin with, so once you have stuff in them, they can be hefty and cumbersome. But I know our previous movers LOVED when people used crates because they’re so much sturdier than cardboard boxes. So there are some cons to renting these, but vastly more pros.

HiveBoxx made my recent move extremely simple and also sustainable.

Using the online tool I was able to estimate the appropriate number of boxes I would need for the move. The delivery of the boxes was very fast and prompt. The boxes were picked up in the same manner, and it really simplified the packing and unpacking process. Because every box is uniform and stackable, I was able to have all of my items stacked and lined up when the movers came. It reduced the time the movers needed to get me into the new place and therefore ended up saving me money.

One of my favorite parts was that for the same cost of buying moving boxes I was able to use reusable crates and had a bunch smoother time moving then I would have otherwise.

I highly recommend this for anyone with a move on the horizon.

I had a wonderful experience with HiveBoxx! The boxes were delivered promptly before my move. The boxes are durable and made the move so much easier! It was really handy that the top of the boxes snap shut, the boxes stacked easily and remained sturdy, and there were labels for the boxes. It was also nice that the boxes were picked up at my new location. Highly recommend!

I wasn't sure if I'd like using HiveBoxx for my recent move, but I decided to try it because I hate assembling and disassembling cardboard boxes, and spending money on tape is such a waste. I'm glad that I ordered HiveBoxx! It was a super easy process from sign-up to pick-up.

The labels that come with the crates are nice because they're easily removable. The best part, I think, is how symmetrical the crates are, so they stack evenly in the truck (see image). I also didn't have to wrap too many breakables, as the crates are hard-sided and unless you drop them, your stuff stays safe and uncrushed.

It's a great concept that is sustainable and easy to use. I used the standard one-week order, which motivated me to pack quickly and unpack even quicker. Wesley had availability to drop my order a day sooner than expected, so I got some extra time, which was great.

I hope I don't have to move again any time soon, but if I do, I'll likely be using HiveBoxx again! Highly recommend.
