Optimal Health

Kyla taught an amazing ab class today. Totally accessible for me. I learned new ways of feeling and connecting with my body. I left with an abundance of energy. I look forward to our next session.

Thomas and Kyla have an amazing skill set. Thomas came highly recommended to me by a pilates instructor/former professional ballet dancer who shared some of the same hypermobile joint issues I face. I would recommend Optimal Health to anyone who is ready to get their movement foundation lined up and strong so they solve pain and mobility issues and/or build dynamic strength. They know how to apply pressure where you need a bit of a boost, they ask you to be honest for you and your progress, they also really appreciate the role of stress in people's lives and how that impacts strength training and health so they have this really great realistic balance. Thomas is probably the most knowledgeable trainer I've ever worked with, not following dogma and instead real functional research and experience. Kyla has a deep knowledge of the core and pelvic floor and can really relate to moms or anyone with pelvic floor weakness. I could go on and on!
