(August 3, 2019, 10:37 am)West bay has fantastic baristas and quality products. One drawback is that the prices listed on the menu sometimes differ from what I have been charged, such as a red bull is listed at 3.25 and I was charged 3.75. The barista told me the owner raised prices.
