(June 29, 2020, 9:32 am)This is certainly my "go-to" in regards to being on the lower end of the scale. Although only getting rated 1 to 2 I would definitely disagree and rate it 4/5. Given the neighborhood that it's placed in the owner's do a excellent service in providing you with a sense of safety/comfort without including "highway robbery" taxation in pricing. You get what you pay for but in this case it's definitely UNDERRATED. Much love - Mr & Mrs. Lee!
