I started seeing Erica in the summer of 2019 when I was dealing with a lot of fear and anxiety on a day to day basis. Erica is a master at creating and holding a very safe, healing, and comfortable space for you to dwell in. It didn’t take long for me to feel relaxed and free to be myself in her presence. Whether your sessions are in person or long distance, you will quickly feel at home and at ease.

Over the course of a few months Erica empowered me and gave me the tools to listen to my inner guidance system and the physical cues that my body and emotions were giving me. By implementing and integrating those instruments, I was able to start living a more peaceful, present, engaged, healthy, and vibrant life.

I cannot encourage you enough to make an appointment with Erica. She has been a teacher, guide, and confidant to me over the past 10 months. I can’t imagine where I would be without her, though I am sure she would tell you I would be just fine. She has helped me conquer fears, get to know myself, and start building a life full of self-love and self-worth. Her guidance has been invaluable to me and I can not fathom anyone better to help guide you as well.
