  I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Rachel. Its not always ease to find a practitioner that is extremely knowledgeable, but that you also jive with on a personal level. She makes the entire visit very enjoyable and you can tell she truly cares for each of her patients individually. I'm glad I found her!

  I really appreciated Dr Rachel's style and we accomplished a lot in our time together. Her nonjudgemental posture always put me at ease being fully forthright with my health concerns, lifestyle choices, behaviors, etc. The honesty that afforded us allowed for tremendously powerful and pragmatic conversations and quick adaptations that resulted in successful plans of care. More so, I've never met a medical practitioner who so eloquently educated me throughout the entire process. She inspired my learning and matched my pace. Either I was just profoundly lucky to find a care provider I was so well in sync with or she is able to adapt to move and communicate with her patients at a level of effectiveness I have never before seen. My wife was just as excited as I was, which leads me to believe it was Rachel's mastery rather than luck.

  Working with Dr. Rachel over the last year has brought tremendous improvements to the quality of my life. The digestive issues I'd been experiencing for well over a decade began to resolve within a month of following her advice; bringing along with it a host of additional improvements to my well-being: increased energy, no brain-fog, and reduced inflammation just to name a few. Her enthusiasm for greatness, data-driven recommendations, thirst for knowledge, listening skills, and demeanor are just a few of the traits that keep me jazzed to continue working with her.

  Dr. Rachel Erickson is wonderful practitioner. I was her patient for about 3 years. She completely turned my husbands life around with his GERD issues. She has also helped me with minor issues through natural remedies. All while staying positive and pleasant she will help guide you along your journey of achieving optimal health.
