Looks really nice since the change of ownership, and we appreciated the historical info. Products are very nice, although there are fewer of them than prior to the ownership change. They have some really beautiful art by Native American artists via 8th Generation, and Snoqualmie Tribe Ancestral Lands-related gifts, in addition to some classic tourist-trap gifts. Either way, we all found nice gifts for family and friends. And we all LOVED the coffee.
"Exit through the gift shop!" In this case, though, the gift shop is actually pretty decent, with a nice selection of Snoqualmie Falls merchandise as well as some general "northwest" related items, including books, toys, clothes, and other knick-knacks. There is also a coffee shop with a limited selection of beverages and pastries. Worth stopping in -- it's actually a pretty decent gift shop!
Even in heavy rain and shrouded in mist, the Falls were beautiful and well worth seeing.
The Visitor Centre is marvellous- full of beautiful goods, from journals to stickers to blankets - and stocks umbrellas and ponchos, too.
There are gorgeous baked goods, and clean, well-maintained restrooms.
I saw the staff under continuous pressure from demanding visitors, yet deal with each so professionally and warmly. I was helped by Philomena, who deserves a huge shout-out, what an asset to the Tourism industry. She really helped my family in a very genuine way and ensured that we could access the locality as a result. Philomena made our visit to Snoqualmie; it was absolutely wonderful to leave with such a lasting impression of kindness, care, and professionalism. I would highly recommend the Visitor Centre to all, and was very grateful to see Accessibility prominently supported.
A small little gift shop with a lot of products at a reasonable price. They also have a small little coffee area for people before or after the hike. The gift shop also isn't too crowded like the trail is. It's worth checking out for small items that are related to The falls, but I wouldn't get Seattle specific souvenirs here. Overall, a nice little gift shop.
