Top Heating & Cooling

Our water heater furnace was tripping off every few days. Contacted Top Heating and cooling through Yelp late in the night. Mark had responded early in the morning and asked the relevant questions and came over to take look on the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken burner in just a few days. I would very much recommend them.

Mark was able to fix our blower much faster than anyone else! Him and his staff was friendly and on time.

Mark came by and did a superb job with a furnace problem I had. He was one one of the most responsive and accommodating HVAC contractors I've worked with, and his attention to detail was great. He anticipated some tricky needs (a condensate pump) and was prepared with that on hand already. He also suggested a filter box, which he came by and installed as well. We're really appreciating the heat from the furnace again and all of Mark's hard work that got it there.

Service was fast, and excellent. Honestly, this was as "no-frills" as you can get. I needed a water heater replaced, I was given a quote, the service was done exactly as requested. - The new water heater was installed better than before, and with some additional padding to prevent movement.

They even put my standalone moisture alarm back in the same place where I had it.

My beloved AC died on Monday, the hottest recorded day in Seattle history. I searched google and put out an automated request for quotes. Top Heating and Cooling replied to me online within 2 hours and we set up an appointment for today, 5 days later relative to 3 weeks being offered by other repair places. The repairman called to say he could come an hr early and had my AC fixed in 30 minutes. Easy real-time online invoice. Highly recommend!
