I got quotes from 3 different places, and I went with them, due to the customer service being so exceptional, even though they were slightly higher in price, than others. It was well the worth the extra money, due to what I dealt with, with the other 2 companies. They were very professional, prompt, and very thorough, in explaining everything, before, and after installation. I highly recommended Generator One! They have an amazing team!

After many delays due to supply chain issues my install date finally arrived. The install team was super friendly and did a professional, clean install. The permit inspector commented “these guys I trust”. Thanks for a great job.

The Generator One team did a great job installing our backup generator. From the initial call for a quote to the installation the process was without any problems (except supply chain problems). The installation crew was personable, knowledgeable and explained the operation of the generator before they left.
The finished job was neat and professional.

Wow! These guys were awesome to deal with. I am in contracting and it is an unusual occurrence to find a company as responsive and on time as this company. From the initial meeting with Mike, to scheduling, to install it has been completely flawless. I cannot imagine recommending anyone else to ever install a generator except this company. Seriously, they are amazing and don't bother to call anyone else. (I tried 3 other companies before them, only 1 even called me back and they didn't ever even call back to set the appointment).
