The best customer service I have ever received in my life. I’m a 66 year old woman, who had a home invasion in the middle of the night when I was home. I had no gun. That won’t ever happen again. Reed responded to my inquiry about purchasing a gun the same day I sent it, we spoke about what I might want, he had recommendations, all the while making me feel totally comfortable in what should have been an uncomfortable situation for me. He followed up when the gun was going to be ready and then when it was. Informative, no nonsense about safety, very understanding and kind. He set me up with an incredible instructor. Bought a pistol through them for an FFL. The owner was really kind and explained the proccess of shipping and transferring a pistol to another store because his location was really far for me to drive to. Would buy again from him.
