Jamie is an incredible healer! I have been going to her since I moved to the area this past summer. She kindly worked me in when I threw out my back after a particularly stressful cross country move in July and could barely walk. She truly has a super power when it comes to massage and cranial sacral. Instead of focusing on the area that was in spasm she said she would "invite" the area to relax. I have never experienced anything quite like it. The outcome was nothing short of miraculous. I have been seeing her with regularity since. She will address various concerns with her healing touch providing release in places you didn't even realize you needed. I have been to many massage therapists through the years but Jamie is truly the best! She is incredibly intuitive about listening to your body and attending to the exact areas that will provide lasting relief. Jamie's knowledge of the body and healing arts is extensive and I learn something from her with every visit. I give my highest recommendation for Jamie and Serenstara Healing Arts!

Jamie is always expanding her knowledge of the healing arts and gaining new certifications. She is very client focused and is still accepting new clients. Her beautiful salon is in a great location in downtown Winslow with easy parking.

Jamie is the best massage therapist I've ever gone to. She is thoughtful, takes her work seriously, and is easy to talk to/schedule with. When I've gotten massages from Jamie I have felt better for longer, have better posture with less pain, and have had friends literally point out that I look and seem more relaxed than in the past.

This was my first time receiving cranial sacral massage and I could not recommend it enough! Jamie immediately made me feel so comfortable and created an inviting, safe space to relax into. The massage itself released tension I didn't even realize I was holding onto. After the massage, she offered how she would continue to work on me to continue to allow natural release. I could tell she had the knowledge and care in order to successfully do this. This massage offered immediately release of both the physical and the emotional.
