I have being seeing Dr. Smith off and on over a period of 20 years. I've found him to be not only a skilled chiropractor but also experienced and skilled with ART--"Active Release Technique" which therapeutically flexes affected joints while deeply working connective tissues to aid in their healing. He also is very knowledgeable about exercises and stretches that help to strengthen chronically weak or tight and injury prone muscle groups. He has helped me stay active into my sixties. He's the only person I feel the need to see about athletic injuries and joint pain.
