Helena is hands down the best therapist I have found here in western Washington. I've tried out others in the Silverdale area but they were all very rough around the edges and had bad bedside manners. This isn't the case with Helena. She tells it like it is and gives constructive criticism when needed without being harsh. Two thumbs up!
