(May 13, 2023, 1:14 pm)If I'm anywhere near Manette before 10am I'm stopping in to Saboteur. The line is real, but goes quickly. The twice baked almond croissant is insane. I just tried the egg Danish this morning, it was so good. Definitely recommend.

(May 6, 2023, 10:59 pm)The pastries from Saboteur are sincerely the best I’ve ever had. I’m obsessed with their orange pasties. The orange scone pictured first was incredible: buttery, savory, crispy, and complex.
I’m not sure how a bakery like this ended up in Manette.
