Great work, always reasonable, upfront and honest. When other shops said spend 1000s on x, y, z repairs, Austin looked and said those things are not needed, don't waste your money.

Austin does incredible work and knows his stuff. He's saved me hundreds of not more that I would've paid in shop fees for troubleshooting somewhere else.

Austin is the best. He took superb care of two different Ford vehicles for me at his busy shop on one of Seattle’s main auto strips, and continues to have my back on major work at his new Kingston location. For me, he’s totally worth the trip from Seattle on any major work - Austin always saves me cash and always fixes it right the first time. If you’re around the Kingston area and have a big fix due, do yourself a solid and holler at The Shop.

I hear these folks are trying to find a new location for their business. Always easy to work with, and their prices are good. I wish them the best of luck, and I’ll miss having them in walking distance.

I was recommended The Shop several years ago and have always been pleased. Sam is a great mechanic and always treats you fairly. The Shop is the local place you can rest assured is not going sell you something unnecessarily and you can trust. Austin has helped me the last few times and is a guy who clearly knows his way around a vehicle as well. Even with a small miscommunication on the last trip I stand by a 5 star review. They'll take care of what your car needs.
