After having nothing but poor experiences at this store over the years & having left them poor feedback, I am going to change my tune. I went their recently because God has decided to turn off my old phones, 3G whatever that means, & I had to buy new ones. Not wanting to deal with the traffic in Silverdale & the insane wait time, I elected to not go to the corporate office & instead tried the Kingston store, again. For a change there was no long wait. I was waited on by Jessica, the manager, & she is first class. Very helpful & very knowledgeable. Went out of her way to get me a great deal on 2 new phones & has tolerated my being not only a dinosaur, but being electronically challenged. Her right hand man, Michael, was equally helpful & very pleasant. Appreciate the help, thank you!

All around a good good experience before and after the sale. Jessica was very helpful, the phone we wanted was out of stock but she found a way to get it from a different store for us same day. I also had an issue(dident love) with the screen protector and they switched it out immediately no questions asked.
