She was listed as a broker available to help me choose the best individual plan to replace my employee PPO, which was awesome! Working with her was great - she used a video to walk me through the top three plans worth considering. Since my individual policy used my home address, my Seattle doctors dropped off the in network list. Kimberley showed me tools available before the policy effective date to help me make my preliminary list of new providers.
