Inner Wisdom Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine

I have been going to Inner Wisdom for a couple of months for shoulder and neck pain. The staff is so friendly and caring. After only the first acupuncture treatment I started to feel immediate relief. They also have amazing non-invasive trigger point injectables that have provided long lasting pain relief and improved mobilization. Truly has improved my quality of life. The best part is that you never feel like they are trying to pressure you into getting something or big sales pitches. I would recommend to all that have any kind of chronic pain or just looking for some balance.

Acupuncture has given me quite a bit of relief from chronic headaches by lessening the frequency and the severity of them. Jessica is highly intuitive and skilled.

Jessica's accupuncture treatments have helped me with my health in ways I didn't know possible. My health has many different symptoms coming from many different diagnosis/complications.... I had no idea where to start on the healing process, but Jessica has so much experience healing people, extensive knowledge of accupuncture, and the intricacy of the human body (and she has done personal research to better understand how to help) and it has all lead to me being able to get back to having a normal life. She has helped the inner workings of my body function better and has given me relief from muscular pain as well. The treatments are always well thought out and the needling isn't painful. Her busy schedule is an indication of how she is helping so many people, and it is worth every penny and getting on that wait list. I have recommended Jessica and her clinic to anyone who is needing healing and will continue to do so.

Excellent!! My lower back feels so much better after acupuncture! Jessica Gallegos-White is so knowledgeable and cares about her patients. I came to her office with constant lower back pain that also hurt when touched. Not only did Jessica relieve my pain after a few sessions, she even gave me exercises and stretches to help strengthen my back and to prevent future back problems. I decided to continue seeing Jessica and her colleague Renee Collier (deep tissue massage) as routine care for my body.
