They are amazing at their job!!! I had my transmission fluid and coolant replaced. I didn’t realize how much power I had lost until Al’s serviced my car. Now I have all my power back. Thank you!

They where diagnosing & repaired the transmission pump, replaced bell housing, aswell as did a curtiousy inspection on the rear main seal & replaced it because they new the last mechanic that ripped me off had probably messed it up some how which he had. He had it in backwards. IF they hadn't checked that as a courtesy I woulda had to bring it back to the shop. They saved me a lota money doing that. Yup I appreciate them. And the secretary is pretty right on too. They're all professionals & out to save you a buck if they can.😁

Prior to visiting Al’s I had my restored classic car at another shop in Tacoma for some performance upgrades. The experience ended up being a total disaster. After several unsuccessful attempts by this shop to fix their mistakes, I gave up on them. I ended up speaking with the owner of Al’s who correctly suspected the work done by the shop in Tacoma was all wrong. After listening to Steve and Sean’s obvious mechanical knowledge and professionalism, I decided to bring it to them. In a fairly short amount of time and for a reasonable cost they got my car running better than it’s ever ran before. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this shop for any of your automotive repairs. Thanks again guys.
