Used this enterprise for years. Highly recommend. Staff is always friendly and professional.

Quick and easy reservation system staff was great. Less than 10 minutes for pickup and drop off.

Corbin does a great job. Easy to work with and was willing to work late and come pick me up so I could rent a truck. Excellent.

First off, I would like to say I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Port Orchard at the Jackson Drive/Sedgwick location. Our reasons for rental was due to a hit-and-run accident in October.
Just as soon as we made an appointment with the repair shop, I received a text and a phone call from Corbin(Manager) to set up logistics as to when, where, as well as options. He discussed meeting us at the shop so he could drive us back to Enterprise to sign the contract.
Dillon, his co-worker ended up giving me a ride at a moments notice and it worked out great!! I rented a newer Toyota Camry that was well maintained and very economical. The contract signage was already taken care of and the business flow and communication from Insurance company to rental outlet was second to none! I think this is the first time I have been extremely pleased with how a car rental company has treated me. Again, outstanding service. Thanks so much! 🙂

Smooth operation. Give them info, get a car, smooth and easy. I've rented from this place at least 5 times never had a bad experience I even left my remote control clicker for my garage in the vehicle after it was rented and they were able to contact the current renters and get it back for me that was just above and beyond. I've never had to wait more than five minutes inside the office to get started on a vehicle. Great customer service over the last 3 years.
