  Dave Ness was amazing. As first home buyers he held our hand as we went through the process. It was difficult as we were out of state looking to relocate. Dave was with us every step up the way. After we closed on our dream home we were unable to relocate until next month and Dave would go and now the lawn and send updated pictures. You cannot go wrong taking your home buying journey with Dave by your side.

  My home buying process started back in late February. I had seen a home on Zillow and same day, on a Saturday, requested to see it. Chris originally called me back and spoke with me. He said he would have an associate call me back. Dave called within minutes and was quickly looking into and making arrangements for me to see the home. That particular home was not the one but this was the beginning of my search and all along the way Dave was very responsive, up front, kind and explained everything, as this was my first time ever buying a home. Dave always answered my calls, was always available when I wanted to go look at a home and was never pushy.
  Now that I have moved into my home that I purchased back in May. I can honestly say that the home buying process was the easy part.
  It was setting up movers from Maryland to Washington and actually moving in that was stressful and hard.
  Dave recently called to check how things were going. Which I really appreciated. Just because the deal is done he still cares enough to check on his clients.
  I would highly recommend Dave as a Broker/Realtor.

  Dave Ness is amazing! He became a dear friend during our home search. Many times I was defeated by this crazy market and he always encouraged me and kept finding something better to show us! Our last visit to homes was a big surprise to us. Dave set up a day of viewings for us and told us nothing about any of the homes! He wanted it to be a beautiful surprise. He hit the ball out of the park. Each house got better and better until the final house, which is now our home! I couldn’t be happier. We can’t wait to have him over for dinner in the house that has become our home. Dave is the best.

  Dan help me buy my first house in Ocean Shores three plus years ago. He did a great job. So when I decided to sell my house I call him up up. We put on the market it went pretty quick and he helped me buy my new house in Cosmoplis WA. It was pretty quick for both. Him and his team do great work and he works with good people. I highly recommend him.

  Dan helped our son to buy his first house in 2017 and to sell it 3 years later. We met Dan through our son's sand daughter-in-law's recommendation. Dan helped us to find a house and property near Purdy that met our needs almost two years ago and then represented us to sell our house in eastern Washington last summer and most recently, sold our house near Purdy, which just closed. In each case, he explained the paperwork and all aspects of the transactions {both buying and selling}, helped us with final tasks to ready the two houses and property for showings, and guided us through the process to final closings. We have bought and sold houses numerous times during our marriage, and we have never experienced the level of caring professional assistance that we have had with Dan. He goes beyond the norm. We highly recommend him for your real estate needs.
