I had a great experience! My dental hygienist Jessica was exceptional! She was very thorough & explained all the procedures. My dentist Dr. Makadia answered all my questions. I would recommend this office to all my friends & family!

I came to this dentist with a half-drilled cavity (see other review). I was so worried another dentist wouldn't be willing to finish the work and not only was Dr Makadia, but he approached the issue with concern and care. I originally went in March 18 where he examined my tooth, asked a bunch of questions about what had gone wrong and then asked for a week to do some research on possible reasons for the incident before finishing the filling.

I went back March 25 and while he didn't have any concrete answers, he was able to provide a couple possible reasons for the incident. We talked for a good five minutes and I could tell he had done enough research to make him confident he could complete the cavity without a repeat of the trauma from last time. His bedside manner is excellent, I told him how nervous I was and he explained everything and was very concerned about my comfort.

And the man is a legit artist: my tooth feels whole again, it's smooth and complete, the best cavity filling I've ever had. His technique is amazing, from numbing to drilling to smoothing, the work was done quickly but expertly. He and his assistant work amazing together, they are a great team. When he was done, the crushing mental weight of having a hole in my tooth for over two weeks dissipated instantly and I really can't explain the relief I feel.

My only complaint is the country music they were blaring, I just personally cannot stand country music but it's a small price to pay for such excellent dental care. I felt listened to, respected and cared about. I had no idea one could be treated that way by their dentist.
