This is the greatest office I have ever been to! my particular provider, ( Dr. Melissa Means,) is beyond outstanding and caring, always goes the extra mile to take care of you, and really cares, which is really uncommon these days in the medical field. Having had experience in the medical field for 30+ years I feel like I can speak from experience.😉. in fact, when she moved to Port Orchard from Silverdale, I followed her to this new practice.. I have always been treated very kindly by everyone at this office, including staff to receptionist!

Experienced, Professional and Caring! I have been visiting Dr. Frandsen for the past 8 years and must admit he has been super with all of my treatments and diagnosis over the past 8 years. Susanna, Caitlin and the rest of his staff is fantastic, always attentive and helping. Seldom do I have any medical issues, but when I do Dr. Frandsen listens very carefully and asks a lot of questions. He is a straight shooter, offering the pros and cons to specific treatments and procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Frandsen and his team. He is experienced, professional and very caring!

Dr. Frandsen is an excellent doctor who cares about his patients. Over time, he detected a decline in my red blood cells, referred me to a hematologist, and found that I have lymphoma. Thanks to his early detection, I was able to receive early treatment and it saved my life. I will always be grateful to Dr. Frandsen.

I live in the Seattle area, on the east side. I switched my primary care physician and am now going to Sound Health instead of the other place I used to go to, which is on the east side. What a difference... When I schedule an appointment, I can come in a few days after I call, unlike 6 weeks out as in the previous place. My primary care is now Dr Brad, and he is nothing short of highly professional and comprehensive with his care, as I would expect any PCP to be. The office is very good at following up on future dates and things that I have to do (annual blood test, repeat tests, which I would have not remembered to do otherwise, etc.). It's so nice to be able to call them and speak to someone every time - whether it's the front desk, Dr. Brad's assistant (sorry; I forget her name), instead being treated like another one of the thousands of patients in many clinics in Seattle or the east side. Furthermore, since I am on the east side, when I schedule tests, the staff at this office go above and beyond to find test locations that are convenient for me and near my place of living. To summarize - I'm happy with the level of medical treatment and care I received in this office thus far, and I'm happy to drive over 1-2 hours to see the doctors here (I would spend that much time anyways in the waiting room over on the east side clinic waiting for doctors to be able to see me even though I made an appointment at a certain time). They are always on time and I haven't had to wait in their lobby.
